Your privacy is our highest priority. Streamore is designed around data transparency, local processing, and keeping your files completely under your own control.

1. Local-Only Processing (No Server Storage)

Streamore Desktop Manager works as a local controller on your personal computer. All search actions, active download queues, folder mapping definitions, and settings reside strictly locally within your machine's application storage directory. No records of what you download, where you save your files, or your torrent hashes are ever sent to or logged by the Streamore web application or servers.

2. Sync Accounts & Watchlists

By default, movie watchlists are saved directly inside your browser's local storage. If you optionally create a Streamore Cloud Sync account to sync your watchlist across devices, your email address is encrypted and watchlist items are kept securely on our backend. We strictly do not share, lease, or monetize watchlist details with any external advertising networks.

3. Network Connections & Downloads

When downloading a movie torrent through the desktop manager:

• Your download engine (Aria2) establishes direct peer-to-peer (P2P) connections with torrent swarm trackers.
• We do not act as a proxy or tunnel for your download traffic; all active packet routing is direct to the swarm from your local ISP network.

4. Aggregated Telemetry & Anonymization

To monitor software health and discover performance bugs, we collect anonymous aggregate event counters (e.g., download start/success counts, runtime error events). Our telemetry service strictly anonymizes visitor IP addresses before writing logs, ensuring that no individual user or geographical address is tracked.
